An intercultural working environment is self-evident for us

As an employer, mm-lab offers an intercultural working environment. Currently, employees from 9 nations are employed by us. We see this diversity as an enrichment, because we focus on a corporate culture in which everyone can bring in their potential and feel accepted.

New colleagues from abroad get from us an intensive individual support: Starting with the application for a visa, the organization of accommodation or assistance with finding a place to live, authorities, organizational issues of everyday life to a German course, offered as in-house event by a mm-lab colleague. It is important for us to facilitate the integration into our culture and working environment and to integrate people in the best possible way.
