Support by mm-lab
Even the best system needs adjustments to changing environments from time to time. Sometimes hardware is subject to damage and failure.
Our support team keeps your system up and running and is available to sort out any issues as quickly as possible.
In addition to on-site visits, we offer our customers the ability to report change requests and issues through our Customer Ticket System or request support by phone or video conference. We also offer remote maintenance of your installations, including servers, control center workstations or mobile devices.
Customer Ticket System
Our Customer Ticket System allows our customers to communicate change requests and problem reports. Each message and all processing steps are documented so that the processing of the case can be traced at any time. We have found that communication via the Customer Ticket System supports verbal communication between customers and support very effectively and therefore encourage all customers to use the Customer Ticket System intensively.
Remote access via mm-lab QuickSupport
mm-lab QuickSupport allows remote access to your installation via the Internet.
If you want to use this service (PC or laptop with Windows operating system provided), please start the program via the link mm-lab QuickSupport. Please note that no installation of the program is required. Afterwards, you only have to tell our support staff the displayed ID and password by phone, so that he/she can access your computer to solve the problem together with you. Online meeting via mm-lab QuickJoin
mm-lab QuickJoin offers mm-lab support staff the possibility to present products and analyses live to you.
If you want to use this service (PC or laptop with Windows operating system provided), please start the program via the link mm-lab QuickJoin. Please note that again, no installation of the program is required. Then enter your name and the TeamViewer ID of the mm-lab employee.

We offer support contracts to customers of our Telematics solutions based on support contingents. Maintenance contracts for regular maintenance and update of the systems are usually calculated as a percentage of the license fee.
Optionally, we make our maintenance and support contracts based on the EVB-IT templates.
