Kornwestheim, June 11, 2024. FT Techno of America (FTT-A) has successfully completed an internal Kaizen project at the Fowlerville proving ground in Michigan that resulted in the installation of a professional Proving Ground Management System of the mm-lab GmbH.
The project's goals were to improve safety and security, to provide a quality environment for the proving ground customers and to reduce the risk of accidents. Furthermore, to strengthen business by reducing waste and increasing efficiency, and to exceed FTT-A's customers’ expectations by adding value and convenience. After thorough market research and supplier evaluation, FTT-A's favorite choice was mm-lab's PGMS solution. This solution was adapted, configured and installed in a very short timeframe. The system went productive just recently after a public test phase, and it is being used by FTT-A's customers with great success.
