New technical developments in the automotive industry bring new challenges to proving ground management. What this means for the safety of drivers on automotive test tracks in the future and how the safety can be maximized, will be discussed by our Managing Director Michael Meiser at CAV Canada 2019 (connected and autonomous vehicles) in Ottawa.

Under the topic "Challenges for the safe operation of automotive proving grounds in the future" he will describe in a panel how the safe operation on proving grounds succeeds and what needs to be done to maintain the safety of using connected and autonomous vehicles in the future. The panel discussion will take place on 10th September 2019 in panel # 10: "demonstrations and pilots".

From the 9th to the 10th of September 2019, CAV 2019 is expected to bring together hundreds of interested parties of the industry, science, government and nonprofit organizations who want to drive global market opportunities in this dynamic sector. Among them are other high-profile speakers from all over the world. The organizers are the Kanata North Business Association and Invest Ottawa in cooperation with the Canadian Automated Vehicles Center of Excellence (CAVCOE.)

We look forward to inspiring discussions on this exciting topic.
